Heather Kelly serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Community Ministry and is passionate about strengthening families and communities by ensuring access to basic needs and supportive services. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, executive leadership, and nonprofit governance, she brings deep expertise in financial stewardship, organizational strategy, and sustainable growth through leadership roles with Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Baxter International, and Techbridge, as well as executive leadership in the nonprofit sector. Heather also co-founded Power of 100 South Metro Denver and previously served as Founding Board Chair of Manna Resource Center and Executive Director of the Colorado Women’s Education Foundation. A Colorado resident for more than 20 years, she enjoys cycling, tennis, and exploring the state’s mountain trails with her family.
