Support from community and corporate partners is a significant component in Community Ministry’s collaborative work to meet basic needs.
Consider these possibilities:
Event Support
- Sponsor and/ or attend one of our fundraising events
- Celebration of the Heart – Annual gala
- Footsteps4Food (annual 5k walk/run) – put together a team to participate
- Caring by Candlelight (Ladies only Christmas Tea)
- Donate a Silent Auction item to Celebration of the Heart or Caring by Candlelight
Corporate Support
- Bring your team for a wonderful team building opportunity with groups from 5-10 . Serve by helping sort, work in our garden or assist in other projects.
- Apply for matching gift funds to increase your donation.
- Create a custom giving program for your company to actively respond to hunger in our community.
- Peer-to-Peer Fundraising: Launch a Peer-to-Peer campaign for a corporate drive with your team, vendors and partnering agencies.
- Workplace Giving - Encourage corporations on directed workplace giving campaigns and matching funds for employee giving.

Promote Special programs:
- School Supply Drive – provides backpacks filled with school supplies for kids K-5th grade. We supply the backpack and you fill it.
- Holiday food boxes – provides complete Thanksgiving meals for families
- Sharing Tree – provides gifts for kids 0-12 years old at Christmas
