After years in the classroom, the heart behind the work never changes- loving people well and helping them become who they were created to be. Teaching was about showing up, listening closely and believing in potential even before it was fully visible. Nonprofit work became a natural next step, offering the opportunity to care for people beyond the classroom and walk alongside individuals, families and our community in a deeper way. This work is rooted in relationships, compassion, service and a belief that lasting change happens when people are seen, valued and supported. It is a great honor to lead an amazing team at Community Ministry.
